Chris was easy to talk to and kept us informed along every step of the marketing strategy and responded immediately not only to our questions but also to any issue raised by prospective buyers.

Prior to commencing the marketing campaign, he prepared a spreadsheet of important dates and events from the photo shoot, open house dates and times to the auction date. We also received a weekly report of open house attendances and other enquiries. His supportive approach to helping us through the multi-layers process was invaluable to us.
