Co-owner of the business along with her husband Martin Hood. She brings over 20 years industry experience to her role in Property Management that incorporates Business Development and allows her an in-depth understanding of all aspects within the property management area. Having worked also in sales and administration, she has continued to develop a sharp attention to detail and strives to provide a high level of customer service to all her existing and prospective landlords and tenants. As a hard-working agent Louise, a known identity in her community will be able to share her knowledge and expertise to provide assurance and comfort to her clientele.


Louise is passionate about design which resonates with her through previous positions as a property stylist and interior decorator. Her philosophy is to offer a cheery and approachable application to a job which in turn means clients will reap the rewards of listing with an agency that will and can enhance their properties. With Louise, it doesn’t matter if you are a first-time investor or an experienced multiple homeowner, her aim is to provide you with exceptional ongoing customer service, friendly support and advice.


Karlene Munday
